  1. Doing Taekwondo a few times a week can benefit not only our body, but to our mind too.
  2. Physical benefits.
  • Improves strength
  • - During the training you are expected to use as much strength as possible.
  • Increases flexibility
  • -Flexibility exercises are practised in every session
  • -You do need to flexible to do advanced techniques and kicks
  • Increases resistance
  • -Every training session starts with warm-up exercises that become harder and harder
  • -These exercises avoid possible lesions and prepares your body for the training
     3. Mental benefits.

  •   Improves quick thinking
  • -Your sabonim expects you to obey his/her orders quickly. If you do not, yo can be punished
  •  Improves concentration
  • -To stay focused, you have to count loudly how many times you have repeated an exercise
     4. Therefore, Taekwondo may be a hard sport, but undeniably will increase you physical and mental condition
